About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing travel itineraries, managing bookings, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients. This role requires strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.   Key Responsibilities - Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.   - Design customized itineraries including flights, hotels, tours, and transfers.   - Manage domestic and international bookings across multiple platforms (GDS/CRS).   - Provide accurate information on destinations, packages, and travel documentation.   - Coordinate with vendors, airlines, and hotels to ensure smooth operations.   - Handle customer queries, complaints, and post-travel support.   - Maintain records of bookings, payments, and client communications.   - Stay updated on travel trends, visa regulations, and promotional offers.   Required Skills & Qualifications - Graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.   - 1–3 years of experience in travel operations or consulting.   - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.   - Ability to multitask and work under pressure.   - Passion for travel and customer service excellence.
