Travel Sales Executive

At Shorts & Shots Travel, We design experiential journeys for schools, corporates, and inbound travellers across India and the world. Now, we’re looking for a Travel Sales Executive who can be the bridge between our travellers and our team.

Your Role:-

• Build and maintain B2B & B2C relationships with hotels, resorts, and travel partners across India
• Mail/ Pitch and arrange meetings with principals/coordinators.
• Generate corporate leads for offsites, retreats, and group travel.
• Sell and customize hotels, flights, domestic & international packages for FITs and Gits.
• Coordinate with design/content team for campaigns and collaborations
• Assist in creating & sharing sales decks, mailers, and proposals (MS Office/Canva)
• Maintain & update CRM data for all hotel partners and leads
• Conduct market research to identify potential destinations, hotels, and partnership opportunities
• Represent the brand at trade events, networking meets, and familiarization trips
• Manage OTA/OTM listings and maintain partner relationships.

Requirements:-

• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, travel, or hotel sales
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Sales-driven approach with consistent follow-through.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM & travel industry operations.
• Passion for travel and hospitality
