Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end travel arrangements for clients including flights, hotels, cabs, and visa coordination.
Create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
Manage domestic and international bookings through GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
Provide accurate fare quotes, reissues, refunds, and cancellations as per travel policies.
Coordinate with vendors and airlines to ensure smooth travel experiences.
Maintain updated knowledge of travel regulations, visa processes, and global destinations.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Business or related field.
2–3 years of experience in a travel agency, TMC (Travel Management Company), or corporate travel desk.
Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre preferred).
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and problem-solving mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,768.08 - ₹53,825.49 per month
