Travel Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to travel inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages (flights, hotels, tours, visas, etc.).
• Provide quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales.
• Build strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client details.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Assist clients during their trips if any issues arise and ensure timely resolutions.
• Stay updated with the latest travel trends, visa regulations, and destination knowledge.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and customer service orientation.
• Basic knowledge of destinations, travel products, and services (Training will be provided).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple leads at once.
• Good computer skills (Email, Excel, Booking portals, CRM, etc.).
• Fresher or 0–3 years of experience in travel sales/customer support roles.
• Graduate degree preferred (Travel & Tourism background is a plus).
