Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Noida. The Sales Specialist will engage in daily tasks such as identifying and reaching out to potential clients, managing customer relationships, and presenting customized travel solutions. Responsibilities also include providing exceptional customer service, handling sales inquiries, and collaborating with the team to achieve company sales goals. Training and mentoring junior sales team members may also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and Sales Management capabilities
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
