Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Good knowledge of Destination- Dubai, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore.
Provide information regarding hotel amenities, room availability, rates, and special offers & Tour itiernary.
Coordinate with hotels to secure room availability and negotiate rates when necessary.
Manage changes or cancellations to existing bookings, ensuring all modifications are accurately reflected in the system.
Follow up with customers to confirm reservations, provide booking details, and gather any additional required information.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must have travel Background
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales roles preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings and documentation.
Good geographical knowledge of Domestic and International.
