after the trip ends. We are now looking for a passionate Travel Sales & Experience Consultant to join our growing team , someone who loves connecting with people, understands travel deeply, and can craft itineraries that reflect authenticity, soul, and purpose.


Your Role

As a Travel Sales & Experience Consultant, you’ll be the first connection between Tripyzon and our travelers. You will listen to their dreams, understand their travel intent, and curate experiences that align with their pace, values, and preferences. This role combines sales, storytelling, and empathy, blending destination knowledge with a human touch.


Key Responsibilities

- Engage with inbound travel inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

- Understand traveler profiles and design tailor-made, slow-paced, mindful itineraries.

- Prepare personalized quotes and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

- Maintain strong relationships with clients from the first query to post- trip feedback.

- Liaise with local partners, DMCs, and stay curators to ensure smooth operations.

- Keep updated on destinations, sustainable travel practices, and upcoming experiences.

- Work closely with the creative and operations team to maintain Tripyzon’s signature travel tone.

- Achieve monthly sales targets through meaningful, consultative selling.


Who You Are?

  • A travel enthusiast who loves connecting stories with places.
  • 0-2 years of experience in travel sales, designing itineraries, or client
  • servicing (experience with leisure travel preferred).
  • Strong communication skills with a warm, client-first approach.
  • Organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, and email communication.
  • Curious about destinations, cultures, and new-age travel trends.
  • Someone who believes travel is not just about places — it’s about perspective.
