Job Description

As a sales professional at our company in the travel insurance vertical, you will play a crucial role in building partnerships, driving revenue, and contributing to our growth. Your experience in broking, B2B development, or strategic alliances will be essential as you manage stakeholder relationships, negotiate effectively, and consistently deliver strong sales performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Channel Sales & Broking** - Develop and manage broker networks and channel partnerships. - Ensure consistent performance and target achievement through partner engagement and training. - **B2B Partnership Development** - Identify, pitch, and onboard new business partnerships (e.g., travel agents, OTAs, aggregators). - Manage partner relationships end-to-end, including contract negotiation and account performance. - **Strategic & Digital Alliances** - Build and manage alliances with digital platforms, fintechs, insurtechs, and other travel-related businesses. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop joint offerings and go-to-market plans. - **Corporate Distribution** - Engage with corporates for group and employee travel insurance solutions. - Close enterprise-level opportunities by working with decision-makers (HR/Admin/Travel Heads). **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory. - 2-10 years of experience in travel insurance sales (broking or insurer side). - Strong understanding of insurance products, distribution channels, and sales processes. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a dynamic environment. - Familiarity with the travel or insurance ecosystem is an added advantage. In addition to a competitive salary, this is a full-time position with benefits including paid time off and Provident Fund.
