Job Description

Role Overview: As a Travel Coordinator at 247 HealthMedPro, you will be responsible for managing travel arrangements for healthcare providers across the U.S. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our field staff reach their destinations on time, in a cost-effective manner, and with minimal stress. You will work closely with company leadership and be the primary expert in provider travel logistics. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate domestic travel for healthcare providers, including arranging flights, lodging, ground transportation, and creating itineraries - Manage travel bookings within budget constraints and company policies - Act as the main point of contact for all travel-related needs and handle any last-minute changes efficiently - Clearly and promptly communicate travel plans with providers and internal teams - Address urgent travel issues such as delays, rebookings, and accommodations - Track expenses, prepare reports, and assist with reimbursement documentation - Consider provider preferences and travel comfort while optimizing costs - Stay updated on travel trends, weather alerts, and industry advisories that may impact schedules - Negotiate with hotels, airlines, and vendors to secure the best rates and service agreements Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in travel coordination, executive assistance, or a similar administrative role (experience in healthcare or staffing is advantageous) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Familiarity with U.S. domestic travel booking platforms and tools such as Concur, TripActions, Egencia, etc. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace - Willingness to work flexible hours to manage urgent travel issues when required Additional Company Details: 247 HealthMedPro offers the following benefits to its employees: - Food provided - Health insurance - Provident Fund (Note: The JD does not contain any additional details about the company.)
