Job Description

As a Travel Coordinator at 247 HealthMedPro, your role will involve managing travel arrangements for healthcare providers across the U.S. Your responsibilities include coordinating domestic travel, managing bookings within budget, serving as the point of contact for travel-related needs, handling urgent travel issues, tracking expenses, and negotiating with vendors for best rates and service agreements. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate domestic travel for healthcare providers, including flights, lodging, ground transportation, and itineraries - Manage travel bookings within budget and company policy - Serve as the point of contact for travel-related needs and last-minute changes - Communicate travel plans clearly and promptly with providers and internal teams - Handle urgent travel issues such as delays, rebookings, and accommodations - Track expenses, generate reports, and assist with reimbursement documentation - Ensure provider preferences and travel comfort are considered while optimizing cost - Monitor travel trends, weather alerts, and industry advisories that may affect schedules - Negotiate with hotels, airlines, and vendors for best rates and service agreements Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in travel coordination, executive assistance, or a similar administrative role (experience in healthcare or staffing is a plus) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Familiarity with U.S. domestic travel booking platforms and tools (e.g., Concur, TripActions, Egencia, etc.) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace - Ability to work flexible hours to handle urgent travel issues when needed In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications, the company offers benefits including food, health insurance, and provident fund. The work shifts are divided into morning and night shifts, with workdays from Monday to Friday. The work location is in person. This job is full-time and permanent, and preferred qualifications include prior experience working with healthcare professionals or medical staffing firms, experience coordinating group travel or managing provider schedules, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.,
