Travel Executive

As a Travel Executive, your role involves planning, booking, and managing client travel arrangements to ensure a seamless experience. You will be responsible for providing travel information and advice, handling inquiries and issues, negotiating with vendors, maintaining detailed records, and staying updated on travel trends and destinations. Key Responsibilities: - Planning & Booking: Coordinate and book flights, accommodations, car rentals, tours, and other travel services. - Client Services: Advise clients on destinations, customs, and activities, and assist with visa applications. - Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with hotels, airlines, and other travel suppliers to secure favorable rates and services. - Issue Resolution: Handle customer inquiries, resolve travel-related issues and conflicts, and manage cancellations or emergencies. - Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client bookings, transactions, and travel expenses. - Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about current travel trends, new destinations, and industry regulations. - Budget Management: Ensure travel arrangements comply with company policies and manage travel budgets effectively. Qualifications Required: - Strong customer service and communication skills. - Excellent organizational and planning abilities. - Proficiency in booking systems and travel software. - Knowledge of travel destinations, cultures, and customs. - Ability to resolve conflicts and handle issues calmly and efficiently. - Experience with sales and meeting targets (for sales-focused roles).
