Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Travel Executive with 0 to 1 year of experience who is passionate about travel and customer service. If you enjoy planning trips, coordinating with clients, and exploring new destinations, this role is perfect for you.

Designation- Travel Executive
Location- Khar West

Key Responsibilities

Guide customers on travel details, international & domestic packages, and itinerary options.
Handle bookings including flights, hotels, holiday packages, visa services, travel insurance, etc.
Coordinate with customers, DMCs, and vendors regarding package-related queries, quotations, and confirmations.
Manage and maintain data/documents in Excel, Word, PDF, JPEG, and other required formats.
Travel to domestic and international destinations as a tour coordinator/manager when required.

Requirements

0–1 year of experience in Travel / Tourism / Customer Service (Freshers welcome).
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
