Travel Executive (Hotel & Holiday Packages)

As an Operational Travel Consultant (Hotels & Holidays Packages), your role will involve a variety of responsibilities including: - Booking transportation & hotel reservations - Designing Tour Packages and converting prospects to sales - Selling Domestic / International destinations holiday packages - Generating leads for B2C or B2B using Online and/or offline modes - Planning, describing, arranging, and selling itinerary tour packages along with promotional travel incentives offered by various travel carriers - Providing customers with brochures and publications containing travel information such as local customs, points of interest, or foreign country regulations - Developing and/or maintaining the complete database for all hotel tie-ups and daily financial transactions - Negotiating with suppliers and contractors regarding terms and prices - Preparing customized itineraries & costing according to customer needs and maintaining regular communication with clients and service providers - Coordinating with clients for their visa documents and preparing travel vouchers - Attending to customer queries for holiday packages through emails and phone calls - Assisting and explaining clients about their tour plan at the time of final handover - Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of total business results - Conferring and coordinating for audits with internal and external auditors Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience in the travel industry with a strong understanding of travel booking procedures and systems - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proficiency in preparing travel itineraries and cost estimates - Ability to handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Knowledge of visa requirements and documentations - Familiarity with financial data management for accounting purposes If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them.,
