Travel Executive

The Travel Executive will assist clients in planning and executing their travel arrangements. This role involves a blend of customer service, administrative tasks, and travel industry knowledge. The Travel Executive will be the primary point of contact for clients and will ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience Responsibilities Create detailed travel itineraries based on clients' preferences. Book transportation, accommodations, and other travel services. Provide clients with relevant travel information, including destination details, travel advisories, and itinerary changes. Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and client requirements. Handle client inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues promptly. Collaborate with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to obtain the best rates and services. Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications. Stay updated on industry trends, travel destinations, and regulations. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field. At least 1 years of experience in a travel-related role. Strong customer service skills and a passion for travel. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in travel booking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
