Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Travel Executive to manage client travel requirements, provide end-to-end travel solutions, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of travel bookings, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and international travel inquiries.
Plan and book flights, hotels, visas, travel insurance, and transportation.
Provide customers with travel options, itineraries, and budget-friendly solutions.
Manage amendments, cancellations, and travel-related queries.
Ensure timely documentation and accurate data entry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners.
Stay updated with travel guidelines, offers, and industry trends.
Resolve customer issues and provide excellent service.
Requirements:
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
