Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Counselor at The Orazio in Amritsar. The Travel Counselor will be responsible for assisting clients with travel arrangements, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills
• Experience in Travel Arrangements and working for a Travel Agency
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations and requirements
• Proficiency in relevant software and booking platforms
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Previous experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus
