Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Counselor at The Orazio in Amritsar. The Travel Counselor will be responsible for assisting clients with travel arrangements, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service delivery. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills Experience in Travel Arrangements and working for a Travel Agency Excellent organizational and time management skills Knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations and requirements Proficiency in relevant software and booking platforms Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Previous experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus
