Travel Coordinator

As a Travel Coordinator at our company, you will be responsible for coordinating with vessel agents/ships to arrange crew changes. Your duties will include preparing and submitting visa application documents for joining crew and supernumerary staff, arranging and confirming flight schedules for joining and off-signing staff, and liaising with agents and vessel Masters. Additionally, you will follow up with agents to arrange Ok to Board for joiners and maintain communication with the Principals office regarding crew changes. You will also be required to arrange hotel and guest house bookings for all staff as required, maintain accurate records of issued and cancelled tickets, and obtain approvals for costs exceeding budget limits. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in marine travel coordination. You must possess strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work within tight timelines.
