Hi We are looking for candidates for our Travel Company, Kindly check the below mentioned requirement Responsibilitie Design, develop and plan products/ itineraries in line with needs of modern-day travellers. Handle end-to-end travel arrangements (airlines, hotels, experiences, visas, etc). Interact with clients over the phone, email, offering sound advice and information related to products and destinations. Convert customer enquiries into bookings and generate revenue for the organization. Maximize profitability through negotiation with suppliers. Deliver outstanding levels of customer service with a view to exceed customer expectations. Provide regular reporting to management. Organize and attend tourism events, conferences, workshops, seminars and exhibitions. Constantly update/modify holiday experiences based on customer feedback.
