Job Description

Operations

Researching and providing clients with options for flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities based on their preferences and budget.
Informing clients about the cancellation policy, including salient dates and all penalties.
Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancelations and refunds.
Providing advice on travel regulations and requirements for visas and passports.
Building relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Reach the revenue and profit targets

Others Focus Areas -

Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
Participate in creating innovation based on the completion activities in the market

Work. Experience

At least 4 years of experience in Corporate travel experience.
Preferably with GCC exposure

Skills and Abilities

Excellent knowledge in GDS software (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) and Microsoft office.
Strong sales and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to negotiate effectively.
Strong research skills to find the best travel options for clients.
Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Flexibility and willingness to work outside normal business hours, including weekends and holidays.
