Location and Qualification:

Gurugram:
Any UG / Graduate (Preferred) Fresher or UG with Experience of minimum of 6 months in Customer Support.
Noida:
Any Graduate with Experience of minimum of 1 year in BPO Customer Service.

Interview Mode:
Walk-in.
Schedule:
5 days working and 2 rotational weeks off.
Cab Facility:
Available for Gurugram centre subject to hiring zone.
Age Limit:
Max. 30.
Salary:

- 16.5k - 22k CTC (Based on Communication Skills and Qualification) and Max. 32k CTC For
Experience
(Based on Communication Skills and Experience).
Noida:
Max. 30k

Job Responsibilities

Assisting international passengers with flight inquiries, bookings, and ticket modifications.
Providing information on travel visa requirements and baggage policies.
Maintaining a high level of empathy while resolving customer complaints or travel delays.
Ensuring all interactions meet the required quality and compliance standards.
