Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and expectations.
• Research, plan, and organize complete travel itineraries — including flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and special requests.
• Process and manage bookings accurately using internal systems and tools.
• Provide end-to-end customer support, handling any changes, inquiries, or issues that may arise before or during travel.
• Prepare and manage travel documentation, including visas, insurance, and confirmations.
• Follow up with clients post-travel to gather feedback and maintain long-term relationships.
• Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and international regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience

  as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).
• Proficient in

  travel booking systems, GDS, and CRM tools.

• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

  , especially with international clients.
• Strong

  sales and negotiation abilities

  with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Up-to-date knowledge of global travel trends, destinations, and regulations.
• Flexible to work

  rotational shifts and weekly offs

  , including late evenings or night shifts to align with U.S. time zones.

• Transportation:

  One-way cab drop facility available for female employees (nearby locations).

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary:

  ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 (gross per month), depending on experience and qualifications.

• Performance Incentives:

  Unlimited earning potential — average incentive range ₹50,000 – ₹150,000 per month.
