Travel Consultant

We are currently seeking a Tour Consultant (Sales & Marketing) to become a valuable part of our expanding travel company, Go Unique Journeys. As a Tour Consultant, you will play a crucial role in crafting captivating tour packages and fostering effective communication with clients to deliver seamless travel experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include researching and creating appealing tour packages for destinations such as Thailand, Dubai, and domestic locations. You will establish and nurture relationships with hotels, airlines, and local suppliers to secure advantageous deals. Handling client inquiries, tailoring travel itineraries, and providing expert guidance will also be key aspects of your role. Offering exceptional customer service throughout all stages of the travel process is essential, along with staying abreast of travel trends and customer preferences to offer distinctive experiences. Moreover, ensuring smooth coordination among vendors, guides, and customers will be vital to the success of our operations. To excel in this role, you should possess proven experience in the travel industry, with a preference for at least 1 year of relevant experience. A solid understanding of Thailand, Dubai, and domestic tourism is required, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ability to design tour packages that cater to diverse traveler preferences, a customer-centric approach coupled with strong problems-solving skills, and proficiency in travel booking systems, particularly Galileo GDS, are highly valued. Additionally, being able to work efficiently under pressure, manage multiple clients simultaneously, and having a basic knowledge of Canva are advantageous qualities.
