Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Travel Consultant to join our team on-site in Kochi. The Travel Consultant will assist clients by planning and managing travel arrangements, including booking accommodations, transportation, and travel packages. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and offering tailored travel recommendations based on client preferences. The role entails working closely with both travelers and property partners to ensure smooth and efficient bookings.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating customized Travel Arrangements
• Experience with managing Reservations and logistics for clients
• Proficiency in Customer Service and client support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with travel-related software and industry platforms
• Relevant experience in the travel and hospitality industry is a plus
• Degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or related field preferred
