• Onboarding new hotels and partner properties to the Tripzo platform
• Managing inventory and ensuring accurate availability updates
• Handling

  domestic and international travel packages

  (designing, managing, and assisting customers with bookings)
• Assisting customers with queries, bookings, and issue resolution
• Coordinating with hotel partners to maintain smooth operations
• Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships

• Minimum

  1 year experience

  in the hospitality or travel industry
• Strong communication skills in

  English, Hindi, and Malayalam

• Knowledge of

  domestic and international holiday packages

  preferred
• Proficiency in inventory management and hotel operations
• Customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
