Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant, based in Kochi. The Travel Consultant will assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including accommodations, stays, and packages tailored to their needs. Daily tasks include consulting with clients, arranging travel details, offering travel suggestions, and resolving booking-related queries. In collaboration with the customer support and operations teams, the Travel Consultant will also ensure excellent client satisfaction and smooth travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Consulting and communication skills to assist clients and understand their travel needs
• Customer service and problem-solving skills to resolve booking issues and ensure client satisfaction
• Planning and organizational skills to coordinate travel details and manage multiple bookings
• Familiarity with travel platforms, destinations, and current travel trends
• Proficiency in handling online booking tools and technology-based travel systems
• Ability to work in an on-site role in Kochi with availability for a full-time schedule
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
• Experience in the travel industry or customer-facing roles is a plus
