Contact potential and existing customers to promote domestic and international travel packages.
Make outbound calls and follow up on leads to generate new business.
Convert leads into sales by providing accurate information and personalized travel solutions.
Update and manage all customer interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with Travel Consultants for details on tour packages, pricing, and itineraries.
Handle leads from online marketplaces and ensure timely processing.
Achieve and exceed daily call, lead conversion, and sales targets.
Stay updated on travel products, promotions, and destinations.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. (BBA or Diploma in Travel & Tourism preferred)
Experience: 0–4 years in Travel Sales, Student Counselling, EdTech, or Automobile Sales (preferred).
Strong English communication skills (Hindi preferred but not mandatory).
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to commute or relocate to Kochi
