Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India for a Travel Agency Specialist. The Travel Agency Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as organizing and managing travel arrangements, providing customer service, creating itineraries, managing guided tours, and handling air ticketing and visa management. They will also be responsible for business travel arrangements and sales within the travel agency.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a Travel Agency and organizing Guided Tours
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to handle Sales
• Experience in managing Business Travel arrangements
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is a plus
• Proficiency in travel management software and MS Office
