Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in North Delhi. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for consulting with clients to manage their travel needs, making travel arrangements, and handling reservations. Daily tasks include offering travel advice, planning itineraries, booking transportation and accommodations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Strong Customer Service skills and experience with Reservations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
