As a Travel Sales Executive (Sales Tour Packages) at Lazy Yatra, a Jaipur-based travel company dedicated to curating memorable travel experiences, your role will involve advising clients on tour packages, driving sales, and fostering long-term customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer travel requirements, converting inbound inquiries into bookings, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, staying updated on travel trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences, offering the best travel deals while ensuring profitability, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets, and collaborating closely with the operations team to ensure seamless travel arrangements. To be successful in this role, you should have 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in travel/tourism, although freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi, a passion for sales with a customer-first approach, negotiation and persuasion abilities, and basic tech skills including familiarity with MS Office, CRM software, and online booking platforms are essential.
