Travel Consultant

You will be joining Kairalitrails, India's largest and fastest-growing travel agency that specializes in international tour packages. As a Travel Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to manage travel arrangements, provide travel consulting services, handle reservations, and deliver exceptional customer service. Located in Ernakulam, this is a full-time on-site role where you will work closely with a team of over 150 professionals to ensure seamless end-to-end travel solutions for our clients. Your daily tasks will include creating detailed itineraries, assisting clients with their travel inquiries, making transportation and accommodation bookings, and guaranteeing a hassle-free travel experience for our customers. To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements. Additionally, you must have a solid background in Customer Service, Reservations, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. We are looking for individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are proficient in using travel reservation systems and tools. While a Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred, relevant experience and expertise will also be considered.
