Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Customer Engagement: Proactively sell holiday packages (leisure, group, luxury, honeymoon, family vacations, etc.) through consultative selling.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel preferences and recommending tailored solutions.
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings to provide the best recommendations.
• Target-Driven Performance: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective lead conversion and upselling.
• Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers, hotels, and airlines to create attractive packages and negotiate the best deals.
• Post-Sale Support: Ensure smooth travel arrangements, handle customer queries, and resolve issues promptly.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Proven track record in travel sales, preferably in holiday package sales (B2C/B2B).
• Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-Centric: Passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating dream vacations.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
