About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused US Travel Sales Consultant with a specialization in flight reservations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sales expertise, and hands-on experience with GDS/airline reservation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from US-based customers for flight bookings and reservations.
• Provide fare quotes, flight options, and ticketing services using GDS/airline systems.
• Upsell/cross-sell additional services (baggage, seat selection, insurance, etc.) to maximize revenue.
• Assist customers with itinerary changes, cancellations, and re-issuances.
• Ensure accuracy in bookings, fare rules, and travel policies.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting daily sales and conversion targets.
• Stay updated with airline policies, promotions, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in US travel sales (flight reservations).
• Hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus).
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in US Night Shifts.
• Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with US/UK travel processes.
• Knowledge of airline fare rules and refund policies.
• Ability to handle pressure and resolve customer issues effectively.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
