Travel Consultant - Spanish

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Spanish Travel Consultant with expertise in travel planning and reservations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish, have strong communication and sales skills, and be able to assist clients in designing and booking personalized travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
-Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails from Spanish-speaking clients for travel bookings and inquiries.

-Provide travel options, fare quotes, and itinerary recommendations using GDS/airline systems.

-Customize travel itineraries including flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and other services.

-Upsell/cross-sell additional services (insurance, seat upgrades, activities, etc.) to maximize revenue.

-Assist clients with booking modifications, cancellations, and reissuances.

-Ensure accuracy in reservations, payments, and travel documentation.

-Deliver excellent customer service while meeting daily sales and performance targets.

-Stay updated on destinations, industry trends, and travel requirements.

Requirements:
-Fluency in Spanish (written & spoken) – mandatory.

-Minimum 2–5 years of experience in travel consultancy.

-Hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus).

-Strong sales and negotiation skills.

-Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

-Ability to work under pressure and handle customer issues effectively.

-Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Prior experience with international travel processes.

-Knowledge of visa, insurance, and other travel-related documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
