Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Oversee overall administration and human resource management
  • Implement HR policies (Recruitment, Selection, Performance Appraisal, Compensation Management, Leave Policy, Travel Policy, etc.) to maximize employee performance
  • Drive employee engagement and welfare initiatives
  • Ensure effective systems in the time office
  • Handle annual increments, promotions, transfers, and separations
  • Resolve employee queries related to payroll and benefits
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • HR: 1 year (Preferred)
