Travel Consultant- Spanish

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Spanish Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, exceptional communication skills in Spanish, and a strong ability to assist clients with planning and booking travel experiences. This role involves advising clients on destinations, accommodations, tours, and other travel-related services to create memorable and tailored travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on travel destinations, accommodations, and activities to Spanish-speaking clients.
• Create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
• Assist clients in booking flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and other travel services.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on travel trends, industry news, and new destinations.
• Handle client inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, tour operators, and other partners to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
• Process bookings, payments, and documentation with attention to detail.
• Offer guidance on travel documentation, including visas, travel insurance, and vaccinations when necessary.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Previous experience in the travel industry or a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Passion for travel and helping clients create memorable experiences.
• Proficiency in travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, etc.) is a plus.
• Knowledge of international travel requirements (visas, insurance, etc.) is an advantage.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
