Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Thane. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing travel consulting, making travel reservations, and ensuring excellent customer service. The day-to-day tasks will include coordinating travel plans, advising clients on travel options, handling reservations, and addressing any customer inquiries or issues.

Qualifications

• Skills in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Experience with making Reservations and handling Customer Service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
