Job Summary

The Travel Consultant will assist clients in planning and booking customized travel experiences. The role involves creating tailored itineraries, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth travel arrangements with excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client needs and suggest suitable destinations and packages.

Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and proposals.

Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and transport providers.

Manage bookings, confirmations, and documentation.

Maintain CRM updates and daily activity reports.

Provide pre-travel and on-trip support to clients.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism or related field.

1–3 years of experience in travel consulting or itinerary planning.

Strong destination knowledge (domestic & international).

Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and email correspondence.

Office-based role at Hilite Business Park, Calicut.

25 working days/month; 1-year minimum commitment.
