Location: Mohali
Shift: Morning (10:00 AM – 07:00 PM)
Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream) | Preferred – BTTM, MBA (THM)
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years (Proven Experience in International Packages Mandatory)
Note: Freshers are not eligible

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Travel Consultant Executive – International Packages Expert who can independently manage international holiday packages and flight bookings. The ideal candidate should be passionate about travel, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering a seamless experience to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and provide the best travel solutions.
• Design and customize international travel itineraries and holiday packages.
• Manage end-to-end flight bookings, including reservations, cancellations, and re-issuances.
• Ensure accurate, cost-effective, and timely travel arrangements.
• Provide excellent post-sales support to enhance client satisfaction.
• Work exclusively within the travel domain, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Must have prior experience in international holiday packages & air ticketing.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple bookings with attention to detail.
• Should be proactive, professional, and target-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
