Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Thane. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for crafting personalized travel plans, managing travel arrangements, making reservations, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, coordinating travel plans with suppliers, and ensuring a smooth travel experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
• Experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in travel management software
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
