Job Title: Travel Consultant Experience :-1.5 + Years Budget :-5 LPA Location :-Gachibowli, Hyderabad Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and at least 1.5+ years of experience in travel planning, reservations, or itinerary customization. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive an exceptional travel booking experience. Key Responsibilities:  Understand client travel needs and preferences to offer personalized travel solutions  Create, customize, and manage travel itineraries for domestic and international destinations  Book flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel services using internal tools or GDS systems  Coordinate with suppliers, agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless trip execution  Provide accurate and timely information regarding travel requirements, visas, insurance, etc.  Handle customer queries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy  Stay updated on travel trends, airline policies, and destination information Qualifications & Requirements:  Minimum 1.5+ years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role within the travel industry  Proficiency in using GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) or travel booking platforms  Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills  Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment  Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Show more Show less
