Role & responsibilities Handle international & domestic flight reservations using GDS/Galileo . Issue, reissue & manage air tickets , fare checks, itinerary creation, and modifications. Assist clients with travel planning , packages, and end-to-end travel process. Provide accurate information on routes, fares, schedules, and travel documentation. Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure smooth travel experiences. Preferred candidate profile 12 years experience in Travel & Tourism , especially Air Ticketing & Reservations . Strong command of GDS/Galileo and online booking tools. Knowledge of international travel rules, visa basics, and travel documentation .
