Job Title: Travel Support Specialist

We invite applications for the position of Travel Support Specialist based at our Ahmedabad office. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality written support to customers within the travel service domain.

Position Summary
The role involves handling customer communication through various non-voice platforms. The individual must exhibit strong writing skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to resolve travel-related queries with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing customer interactions via chat, email, and other written channels
• Providing precise travel-related information and issue resolution
• Ensuring service excellence while adhering to quality standards
• Maintaining records and handling multiple tasks efficiently

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum: Higher Secondary (12th) or equivalent
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent written English communication
• Basic computer and typing proficiency
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive CTC ranging from ₹25,000–₹36,000
