Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Travel Assistant role based in Ahmedabad. The Travel Assistant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, including booking transportation and accommodation, coordinating business travel, and supporting clients' travel needs. The role also includes providing exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring seamless travel experiences. Additional responsibilities may include managing travel records and collaborating with team members to maintain high-quality service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management, including booking, scheduling, and planning travel itineraries.
• Knowledge of Business Travel processes, requirements, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using travel booking platforms or related tools is beneficial.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in a customer-facing role or travel industry is a plus.
• High attention to detail and ability to solve problems efficiently.
