Travel Ageny Branch Manager

Role Overview:
As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of operations, team leadership, and business development for the Jaipur branch. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone with strong industry relationships, a customer-first mindset, and a track record in building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and oversee day-to-day operations of the Jaipur branch
• Lead a local team of travel consultants and sales executives
• Meet sales targets across B2C, group tours, and MICE segments
• Drive local marketing initiatives, partnerships, and lead generation
• Ensure exceptional client servicing and customer satisfaction
• Monitor cost control, revenue targets, and overall branch profitability
• Liaise with suppliers, hotels, DMCs, and logistics partners for seamless execution
• Report regularly to head office in Kolkata

Desired Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry
• Previous experience in a branch/team leadership or senior sales role is a must
• Strong network in the Jaipur travel market (B2C/B2B/Corporate)
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage P&L, team KPIs, and operational challenges independently
• Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Marwari is a bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
