Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Agent based in North Delhi. The Travel Agent will be responsible for handling day-to-day travel arrangements, including making reservations, organizing car rentals, and managing itineraries. The role involves working closely with customers to provide excellent customer service, as well as driving sales to enhance customer satisfaction and company growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in making Reservations and managing Travel Arrangements
• Strong Customer Service skills and proficiency in handling Car Rental services
• Sales skills and ability to drive customer satisfaction and business growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Previous experience in the travel industry is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is highly desirable
