Job Profile: Sales Executive (Travel & Tourism)Location: Friends Holidays, Address: H-1/196, Ground Floor, Sector 11, Rohini, New Delhi, Delhi 110085Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month + IncentivesKey Responsibilities:• Handling Online Leads: Promptly respond to incoming online inquiries from various platforms and convert them into confirmed bookings.• Package Creation: Design customized travel packages with detailed itineraries tailored to customer preferences and budgets.• Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their travel requirements, clarify doubts, and explain package details clearly.• Follow-up: Consistently follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure smooth booking processes and encourage repeat business.• Documentation & Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, payments, and feedback using CRM or other software tools.• Market Research: Stay updated on trending international travel destinations, especially Thailand, to provide informed advice and attractive offers.• Collaboration: Coordinate with tour operators, hotels, and transport vendors to confirm availability and negotiate best deals.• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to management.• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure excellent post-sale support to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.Required Skills & Qualifications:• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in travel and tourism or related industries.• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.• Good command of English (both written and spoken).• Basic knowledge of popular international travel destinations, with a focus on Thailand.• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Result-oriented with a positive attitude and strong customer focus.• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
