Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Agent located in the Mohali district. The Travel Agent will be responsible for making reservations, arranging travel plans, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include booking holiday packages, handling hotel and flight bookings, managing car rentals, and processing travel insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience in making Reservations and handling Travel Arrangements
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Knowledge of Car Rental services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
