Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Travel Executive to join our team for the day shift. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in air ticketing (domestic and international) and designing holiday packages for individuals and groups. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing travel agency and help clients plan smooth and memorable trips.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle flight bookings and reservations using GDS/airline portals.
• Prepare customized holiday packages as per client requirements (domestic & international).
• Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and budget.
• Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transport partners to confirm package inclusions.
• Provide cost estimates and itineraries to clients.
• Ensure accurate documentation and booking confirmations.
• Manage amendments, cancellations, and refunds in a timely manner.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in travel industry.
• Strong knowledge of ticketing platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, etc.).
• Experience in designing and costing holiday packages.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently during day shift hours.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email communication).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
