Job Description

Travel Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle domestic and international travel bookings (flights, hotels, cabs, etc.)
  • Coordinate with travel vendors and maintain cost-effective travel solutions
  • Prepare and maintain travel MIS and expense reports
  • Assist in visa processing, travel insurance, and itinerary management
  • Support administrative tasks such as courier management, office coordination, and vendor follow-ups

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 2–4 years of experience in travel coordination or administration
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email correspondence
  • Attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Immediate joiners preferred
